Back to the Grind

Railroad
This week, I have officially gone back to school, which means getting back to working hard. This first week has been a pretty chill week. The past couple of days Twitty, Amy and I have been taking photographs not just for ourselves but for our Intro to Humanities class. We were asked to take 10 photographs of modern art falling into the categories of architecture, sculpture in the round and relief. Sculpture in the round is any form of art that could be considered sculpture. Reliefs are anything that has been carved into something else. Architecture can be anything like columns or arches or involved them as well. From there, we were asked to take 3 of the photographs and compare them to ancient art in the same categories. I think it’s pretty cool to see that I can use photography to do my Humanities paper.
